Camera-Ready Preparation
Paper Formatting:
Papers must be formatted with the Springer LNICST format. Please obtain LNICST-specific formatting instructions as well as paper templates from Springer's LNICST FTP directory.
Different page limits are given to different paper categories:
- Workshop papers: Up to 12 pages (plus 2 pages with extra charge of $130/page)
- Work-in-progress papers: Up to 8 pages (plus 2 pages with extra charges $130/page)
Paper Uploading:
The submission of camera-ready papers and copyright forms, as well as conference registration will be done through the ASSYST system. Conference registration is required to upload your paper. Authors of accepted papers can find instructions on how to upload the camera-ready paper. Please check Camera-Ready Submission guidelines to ASSYST for detailed description on how to upload camera-ready manuscripts.
Registration:
All authors of accepted papers for BioAmbIS automatically qualify as members of ICST. In order to have your paper included in the proceedings, you must register as "Workshop Full Day (BioLearn & BioAmbIS)" by October 10th using the same E-mail address you registered at the ASSYST management system. In case you need assistance with obtaining an invitation lettor for a visa, check the web page of the Bionetics conference.
